For our Feng Shui advisors
We just collected the keys to our property from our lawyers yesterday and the family took a little trip to check out our new land. I also tried taking a reading of front facing of our land -hope I'm correct! Believe the front gate/land faces South 1 (South & slightly east). Here are some pictures which show views from little plot of land which I hope will be useful for our feng shui master.
p.s. To Mr. Feng Shui Master. Please note that my Kua is 9 (east type) while my wife and 2 boys share Kua 7 (west type).
p.s2. There's also a short video at the end of this post which may also be useful

Our house - original "before" pictures

Who says Prefab houses don't have the "wow" factor?
Perhaps sooner rather than later... we'll use more custom pre-fab/pre-constructed building techniques in Singapore. We'll definitely reduce wastage and require less sand and concrete!

Keeping buildings cool with greenery
Our home building adventure begins....
N and I became official home owners last week. We started looking at landed properties in February this year and were lucky enough to pick one up in 2 weeks. But those were intense two weeks - and it definitely wasn't fun dealing with real estate agents who will say anything to make a sale. Anyway, I thought it would be good fun to share our experience from buying our property and rebuilding it. It's our dream to build a green eco-friendly home!
We'll be sharing pictures of homes and interiors we like, to decisions on architects, building materials etc. It should be great fun!
